If our product does not meet your satisfaction call, fax or e-mail us your name, address, daytime phone number and reason for product dissatisfaction within 15 days of purchase. We will contact you and issue a product return authorization that will allow you to return it for a full refund. Please Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. All returns must be in original condition. Custom Items may not be returned, unless defective. Orders for damaged frames and mirrors cannot be cancelled or refunded. |
